I do my best to avoid Linked in exchanges. I get the most inappropriate and unprofessional requests about positions and I get a lot of what feels like junk mail. I use it occasionally as tool to find out about people and even more rarely to connect professionally. I have been headhunted a couple of times for positions and figured they must have used LinkedIn to find me. Flattering but I’m not looking for a job and it wasn’t a fit so they shouldn’t have been looking for me.

Like so many of our tech and platforms, we are beginners using state of the art tools. The real power is under-utilized to say the least and the time wast factor being polite… is horrendous.

I really appreciate your writing style. Direct, detailed, to the point. Strong writing voice.
